Rules of Image Use

If you wish to save images on your hard drive, go right ahead.
If you wish to incorperate 1 or more images in a banner, wallpaper, etc. Feel free to do so. When my online form is up, fill out a URL your finished (or in progress) work is. Include a link to my Homepage and then a link to the page which has the borrowed image(s) from. If on Minitokyo, just use add your user ID. :)
If you use an image from here on your site
- You must upload the image file onto your web host's server.
- You acknowlege that I alone made these images. You may not post these on other sites or collections.
- You do not profit from use of said image(s). (I.e. sell to an image colection)
- Later, when it's up, please fill out an online form with your site's homepage URL Reason: Site will be listed under the link section for "said" series, and generate some traffic for your site :)
- If I am forced to delete 1 or more image due to a copyright or licensed distributor's request, please remove those files from your webhost as well to avoid legal problems.
Remember, even though I may have made the screen captures for these images, they are ALL the property of their copyright holders and licensed distributors. Just to re-iterate, if those who own the copyright or distribution license request me to remove any of their images (One, many, all), I will remove them without hesitation. I would request if you are using the images on your site, to delete your online copies to avoid legal problems. Wallpaper, banners incorperating images from this site are exempt.

Rules about plagerism

I do not tollerate people stealing my intellectual works. Any of my short stories and web Journal entries are my personal, intellectual property. You may quote my WebJournal as long as you document where you got it from AND provided that 80% of your document is YOUR thoughts and ideas... Actually, what I'm saying is that at least 80% of the document is your idea, and the rest of the 20% can include quotes or paraphrases from me, and other resources... But that's the academic policy I graduated with.

Web side scripting is also a major deal to me.
